  • curprev 23:2323:23, 26 September 2026 imported>Theknightwho 94,444 bytes +94,444 Canonicalize args.italics and args.i into args.italic in validate_italic() and run it before validate_text(), so that "unset" and "invert" still work if used with |italics= and |i=, in addition to |italic=, since validate_text() only checks args.italic. Also store the style value from validate_italic() as args.style instead of overwriting args.italic, so that the input value of args.italic can still be checked by validate_text().
