For my senior project at Minuteman HS I used an EOL 6-axis UR-robot to automate the manufacture of a widget in a HAAS ST-10 lathe. This included the programing of the robot, as well as its integration into the m-fin relay system in the lathe and the programing of the G-Code used to loop the program and interlock the machines.
Early High School;
As a class we created a lightsaber based on Luke Skywalkers iconic green lightsaber. it is a total of 11 parts that screw together to make the final product.
We also, individually, created bolt action pens based on a design from Inheritance Machining, mine are made from copper and stainless steel and I still use it every day.
